Data Deletion Request

Your Data, Your Control

At Sitterflow, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can disconnect your Google Calendar access or request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Disconnect Google Calendar

To revoke Sitterflow's access to your Google Calendar:

1. Visit Google's permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find "Sitterflow" in the list of connected apps
3. Click "Remove Access" or "Revoke"

Option 2: Request Complete Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Sitterflow account and all associated data, you have two options:

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to hello@sitterflow.com with:

• Subject line: "Delete My Data"
• Your account email address
• Optional: Brief reason for deletion (helps us improve)

Method 2: Use the Form Below

What Gets Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens)
• Booking data (time slots, confirmed bookings, babysitter information)
• Account information (name, email, preferences)
• Usage logs associated with your account

Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request:

• We will confirm receipt within 2 business days
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to use the Service.
